Saving Characters?

I have Anime Studio Debut 9.5 and wondered if you can save the characters so that they appear in the Character Library?
In the library window, click on the "My Characters" folder icon.
A "Star" appears at the bottom. Click that to "Add to library".
An additional button appears at the bottom for creating folders within the "My Characters" folder to keep things organized.
