making a character animation with bones?

hello ladies and gentlemen
ok it sounds easy for all but i have some problems to animate splines^^
so then
i put the head, arms and so on , on différents layers at position n°0
and then put a bones layer to put all in
at position 1 i try to move all but only splines moves without the bones ??
i haven't the same problem in bitmap

if someone have the solution pleaz tell me
