Action block

I cannot find how to pull up my ACTION block. I go to the windows panel and click on it and nothing happens. Do I have to be in some kind of mode for it to be active? I have tried about everything I can think of with no success.

Can't anyone help me with this problem? I really need to know what I'm missing since the ACTION panel seems important.

I am using Anime Studio Pro 9-windows edition

It might be in the background. See if you can pull the side of AS over and drag the action window on top.
I do not know if this would make a difference but make sure you or not in the beginners mode.

For a reason I don't understand, the tech support at anime got it going. Thanks to them.
