Happy Harry & the huha 2 youtube channel posted a 12 part 25 minute instructional video series demonstrating some of the basic principal's of animation. It's done in flash but most of the lessons taught can be used with any animation software. I think Its pretty cool and useful, especially considering something like this would usually cost a few hundred dollar's to download or buy on dvd.
