I got 3 years ago ASP 7 what I used for Windows XP, then for Windows 7, now I got Mac Pro and installed version for Mac, but I can not insert serial number, when I click Command+V, just nothing happens, tried also type the number, no reaction... I changed permission to read&write, but still nothing... any help? Thank you very much!

I think the serial numbers for PC and Mac versions are different.

You could try one of these Windows emulators on Mac.

in my store account provided only one serial number... but two ASP versions: one for Mac, another for Windows... so I guess the serial number is one for both versions...

ps even if it was different, i would be able to type something in serial number field anyway... but I can't type anything there

Make sure you are using zero's and not O's and also try using capital letters.

Not 100% certain but it could be possible that ASP 7 may not work on the most current Mac OSX.

I can start AS 5.6 on OS 10.6.8, but can't say anything about newer versions. Anyway, if the program can be started so far that the serial number input shows up I think it will run.

I do recall a "patch" or fix of some kind for v7 or v8 (almost sure it was v8) to run on Mountain Lion (might have been an earlier version, Lion or Possibly Tiger). It's been a very long time and I can't recall exactly but I remember from my own experience that Anime Studio might have actually launched but was pretty much non functioning beyond that point. There was a specific download just for the Mac. It was right around a time when I had gotten a brand new mac with the latest OS and reinstalled all my apps.
