2D Character Animator required [PAID]

Hi,
I'm a producer looking for a 2D Character Animator with illustration experience for a 20 seconds animation AD. It's a CSR ad related to smoking.
Script
Medium shot of a man with a cigarette in his mouth (facing camera). He tries to light it but it doesn't work. He gets frustrated after several attempts, when finally the flame appears. We pan out to find his young son (5 years old) standing next to him with a pen in his mouth trying to imitate his father., The man is embarrassed from himself, looks at the cigarette for one last glance, then throws it away., Slogan "lead by example"
Requirements:
- 2D llustration and character design
- Environment creation
- 2D character animation
- Schedule: I would brief the selected animator on Sunday 19th through Skype. Animator would start immediately and deliver on 29th May. That's a total of 10 days from start to finish. It's a tight schedule but I'll make sure the animator has everything he needs before starting.
- Its a remote contract job. Pay is $2500. 50% upfront and 50% on delivery
- Only serious and highly skilled applicants are considered
