Vector won't go into bone layer

Hey guys, I've been animating for a while now, but I only recently got into anime studio. My problem is that I completely drew out my character, and all the vectors fit nicely into my bone layer that was the characters body, but for some reason, the arms and hands of my character won't drag into my bone layer like all the other vectors. Any help is appreciated, thank you so much!

Is the Bone Layer 'open'? Little white triangle at left pointing downwards? If the layer is closed you won't be able to drag anything into it.

Wow, I feel really stupid. Thank you, I just didn't feel like dragging the layer through everything to get to my bone layer, but I didn't think it would make a difference. Thanks again!

Sbtamu - Yes I noticed that too but it's an easy mistake to make.

Apend - No need to feel stupid. I've been using AS quite a while and still have 'stupid' moments. Of course, you don't have to drag your vector over everything to get to the Bone layer. That's one reason why closing the Bone layer is useful. You can close the Bone layer and drag your vector above it then open the Bone layer again and just drop the vector into it. Also, closing the Bone (and other) layers means you can't accidentally drop a layer somewhere you don't want it.
