In some forums are used pages like zippyvideos, youtube or putfile to upload videos, wich can be saw by anyone.
but is there a page wich you upload the video and you can download the file and not just see it?

try to register to www.archive.org if you wish to distribute an almost final version of a movie. On archive.org you can upload HUGE file sizes if you must. And the average user can download your files. You may try it out.-
