Line width

Hey everyone!
i was just wondering once you have a object drawn in a vector layer and/or all the vector in a group layer, how do i go and change the line width of that said object??
i am having troubles as i drew a head and then used the character creator for a body, and i want to get the head line widths the same as the body.
