1.) I would love see hue, saturation, value settings in the color tool and/or be able to contrain the rgb spectrum picker up/down, left/right. This would make it easier to choose colors more precisely instead of "freehanding" the rgb spectrum picker or entering number values for red, green, and blue.

2.) Is it possible to get a reasonably large swatch in anime studio? Maybe a separate window feature to handle the size?

3.) Back to the color tools, since anime studio is also a digital artists tool.... It would help if there was a web/print color safe mode setting to choose compatible colors easier.

I think each suggestion would help keep users more in anime studio instead of using other apps to complete the above tasks.

3) AS is RGB. There are no print-safe colours in RGB. The outcome of RGB colours in CMYK heavily depends on the conversion method, the settings, the printing colours, and the paper. This is all outside of AS' control.
"Web-safe" is deprecated. We don't have 8-bit monitors any more.
