Blend Morph mouth or Switch layer mouth

I can't decide on which type of mouth for my characters would look more attractive.
Switch layers make animating a whole lot easier,but blend morphs make the mouth look more "life like".
Watch the video below and tell me which mouth looks better.

intrapolate the switch layer.

The way I made the mouths would make the animation look mediocre and distorted if the layer was interpolated.
I might change the mouth design though so interpolation is possible.

The switch version in your video looks better, much snappier. Keep in mind you can get the same effect with blend morphs by using step keys.

I actually have tried using step keys,but I wasn't very specific on keeping the mouths in one place while making the actions.
So when I used the step keys the mouth would make move around slightly.
While making the actions I moved the characters chin around to make jaw movements;the jaw movement makes the animation look jittery.
