Hi, guys!
I have Layer shadow effect acting funky. The shadow comes out cut from the side which looks very wrong to me. Is it common bug or am I doing something wrong way?

I don't think you have the origin of the character centered on the character, if it's not centered, the shadow mask will not cover the whole character.

Well, I checked Set origin option and its placed right in the middle of the character so it doesnt seem to be a factor here.

Ok, is it the shadow inside the layer window that you use? In that case I'm sorry, I was talking about the "perspective shadow" in the scripts menu, I was a little bit to fast there, sorry.

Yep, it's Shadow inside layer's menu. Thank you for your reply anyway. It's always nice to get replies.

Hi Halsey!
I am unable to repeat you layer shadow bug, it is working fine here. Do you have some special settings or masking on?

No specific settings as far as I know. And no masking. But I played aound with options and noticed that the cutting effect disappears when I put offset parameter on 5 and lower. On 6 and higher the shadow looks cut.
