Hi Richard,

Why dont you try typing your serial again. Sometimes it's really easy to make typos or mix up a "zero" with the letter "O"

I actually cut and pasted my serial number directly from my Smithmicro order email (from last fall). Just tried entering the number by hand (with and without the dash) and got the same result.

I had the same thing... The serial number from the order page in my browser wouldn't work; there was trouble with the last character. I had to grab the serial from the mail message, too.

Everything is fine, now.

I'm going to purchase ASP9, can I upgrade from ASP7 or I have to buy the "standard" version?

Hello.

Is it worth upgrading from 8.2 to 9.0? The bones feature looks pretty good, except I don't really use bones. Most if not all my animations are basically point manipulation.

There were some major upgrades done to the timeline, key frames, onionskins, 64 bit support, gpu acceleration and more...I definitely think you should check out the videos on these new features....http://anime.smithmicro.com
