Well its not Anime Studio but it can be used to teach the fundamentals of Anime and its on SALE too! If your just starting out in Anime then this may very well help you along. I believe most of this training was done in TV Paint.

Independent Animation Training

I am not familiar with this training, it could in fact be useful, but there is a great selection of Anime Studio Training accessible from within the application.
Navigate to Help > Online tutorials > it will launch your browser and bring you to a great selection of videos relating to Anime Studio.

This is more on animation theory rather then learning how to use a particular software program. I think more like this.
