Particle system improvements.

I know this has probably been mentioned before, but here goes anyway.
1) ability to keyframe particle layer properties over time so particles can be blown about by wind, etc.
2) exploding outwards (eg fireworks) and movement along Z axis of particles. Since it's already possible to distribute particles in 3D space, it should also be possible to have them move towards/away from the camera. Zooming through star fields, anyone?
Both of these features seem like they should be fairly easy to add.
