Hey all, I have been gone for nearly a year now. I stopped by a few days ago and decided to pick up where I left off.
I noticed a lot of fish around here, so I went with that theme. I also tried to use the "3d style" that has been discussed a bit in the forum.
ahh well, Its my first time uploading anything so I hope you enjoy.

This looks great! I love the way the fish look!
Are the fish 3D or is it an illusion?

Thanks,
The 3d was an illusion, made by giving the; eye layers, back body, and tail a different "Z depth" than the main body. So when the camera moved Moho did the work. This kept him fixated on the center of the screen, so I gave him the worm to look at.
The body color was some PhotoShop pixel art stuff that I imported and set at 70% opacity, the bubbles were just a simple particle efffect, oh and I rotated his tail, fins and shading to add the illusion.

Looks cool. I'm starting to think we should have a 'community fish tank' contest and have everyone who wants to contribute a fish animation then put them all together and render them.

That would be great, It would also help show how many different art styles are possible with just this one program.

edit: here is a slightly improved version of the file
