How do you load a charater that you create into character wizard? I want to create a heart man with lipsyncing capabilities and use the arms and legs to use the walking (movement) mode in the character wizard.

You can't. The only elements that you can add are the head ,eyes ,nose ,mouth ,hands , and feet. You can however modify any character after you export it from the CW.
