In the character wizard there is Walk, Jump, Kick and Wave but nothing for Run and fight etc.
Can you suggest some idea how create new preset for Run.

You'll need to make the action yourself. Open one of the mannequin files in the Character Wizard\Actions folder and resave as a different name. Animate a run cycle, one for each of the 5 views. Next time you export from CW, you should see the run action available.
