Masking and Flash

Hi,
I'm using Anime Studio 6, and I know that you can't use the mask feature when exporting to SWF (Flash). I was curious if it's still the same for versions 7 and 8?

Still the same. I think it's rather a flash limitation, but I'm not sure.

You CAN export the mask vectors into Flash (or try to recognise them in all the SWF file bits and pieces) and use them as masks in Flash. Saves you having to do it twice...
