I used Anime Studio Pro a LOT on the characters in this series of shots. I had to have something that would map natural brush strokes onto animal characters. ASP worked fine, though I did do a lot of spline keyframing with the tiger stripes.

The open and all compositing was After Effects. All the scenic elements were hand painted with traditional stick ink and brushes.

Paget Kagy is an LA based actress and jazz singer. The project is directed by one Ms. Angela Park. She was my boss on the project.

Ps: I still like to use the word 'actress', and I know the arguments. But, to me 'actor' could denote Ernest Borgnine or Charlton Heston. 'Actress' has been historically applied to such luminous forms as Audrey Hepburn and Catherine Deneuve. Sorry Dude's (Erny, Charles), but art has a different kind of warmth than politics.

Vimeo, the host, is usually a good quality video platform. However, they do experience the occasional growing pain. Try again, and try with a different browser. I really like the functionality and security of Firefox.
