Stickman animation with a very expressive face

Working on my first animation with AS8 here and was hopeful to get some input. I've gone through the tutorials / documentation, which is pretty straight forward, however I'm having a few problems connecting the dots with facial animation. Further it appears that MorphDials is perfect for the job, so I'd like to integrate that into the workflow.

Interestingly I do need to actually create simply an animation that is a stick figure, but with a very visible and expressive face. What I was hoping to see was if someone knows of a tutorial (textual or video) that would help connect the dots towards actually implementing something of this nature.

Would really appreciate any input.

Yes, already found those and went through them yesterday, thanks.

Right now I'm having trouble with morphing the stick appendages. For example, the leg bones move correctly, but the actual shape is not morphing to match the bones. Likewise for arms. Feet and other parts seem okay.

Trying to find some information as to why this is happening as it appears I'm missing a detail somewhere.

The last issue had to do with some missing points in the appendages. Now just struggling with locking a bone to the head to make it move correctly. :)
