Line Width Problem

Hey all,
So here's my latest problem...
While there is no animation on the layer, the line width is constantly changing in the switch layer entitled "squished" .
Here's the file. I've removed everything but the face and eyebrows.

Can anyone see what I did to mess this up?
Thanks,
Jared

To be honest I see no such variations on my side.
Have You tried restarting your system and open the file again?

Yeah, I still get the problem.
If you click on squished on frame 0, it has some thickness. around frame 432 is the first time I use it.... at that point the thickness has gone down visually to barely anything.
Not doing the same thing for you, huh?

tick scale compensation on the squished layer - somehow you managed to untick it (it's off on happy eyebrows too)
In the properties for the layer.
In other news, i think you might be over complicating your life with all these switch layers - you can just flip the head instead of having a flipped copy to switch between - it means any changes in one have to be copied to the other etc.
In fact I wouldn't put all these eyebrows in switches either... personally I would use actions, or just manually edit them (bone them for up/down/rotation, and just edit the points when you need to) - I think trying to plan for every possible facial expression is probably a waste of time imho.

Thanks! I knew I had to have done something...
Thank you for your suggestions too. I've never used actions, though I watched a tutorial on them months ago. I'll brush up and take a shot!
Best,
Jared

My bad, hadn't noticed, and funksmaname is right about scale compensation being off.

You wouldn't have seen it unless you went to frame 432

That was a key piece of information in finding the problem...
