Is there a way I can export my animation in QT without the background color? I do a lot of stuff in After Effects and I currently have to remove the background by keying. Is there a better solution? Thanks for your time and advice.

The set up that I use is "millions of colors+" for alpha, along with the animation codec. I then get it put together in Premiere, where I then use the sorensen 3 codec.

Or export each the moho layer using the new Photoshop .psd export and bring it into Adobe After Effects that way.
(Then no background on any layers.)
You then have even more control over your files and you will probably get a better render of the final QT file.
