Help with manual placement of tracking points

Hi All,
I have created a video that I have added tracking points to. For most keyframes I get very accurate tracking, however, on the odd occasion it loses the tracking I need to manually adjust the position of the tracking point and continue tracking. This is fine for the most part, but for every manual adjustment I make, the previous keyframe is deleted. When I scrub back to the previous keyframe, my tracking point that was perfect has now shifted. If I make any adjustments to that point, I lose the previous keyframe, I need to adjust that point etc. etc.....
To avoid manually positioning all of the tracking points, is there a way I can deter Anime Studio Pro deleting the previous keyframes?
