Add a switch layer with one key

How difficult would it be to have a script that would allow you to create a new vector layer under a switch layer with one key press? I'd like to do a mixture of traditional frame by frame animation and utilize Moho's other abilities (bones etc.) But having to create a new layer via the current method each frame I draw is a bit of a pain.

At the risk of shooting myself in the foot, I'll say that one is a piece of cake. I'd make it as a Button type tool, so it would be one click. The only thing with button tools is that you really have to insert a line in the "_tool_list.txt" file to get it to work properly, but that's no big deal. I'll try and bust it out in a few days as soon as I finish the big ol' moldmaking job I'm doing right now. Doubt it would be more than about 20 minutes work (probably less, but I've learned to overestimate time stuff). I'd probably spend half the time making the icon
