how to bind bones in switch layer body turns

Ok, so I now know how to bind the switch layer head turns to the head bone (now using pro 8 cos I figured it might be easier!)...and I've started to make body turns with switch layers.

The method for binding the head bone to the head switch layers is not working for the body turns because there are many bones in the body turn switch layers that I need to pair it up to. Do I have to create a new switch layer group for every bone in the body? Nightmare if so!

Please let me know how I can rig body turn switch layers. (Or even if that's possible). I've searched and searched and nothing seems to fit the bill, apart from blend morphs, but I've drawn so many turn layers now I'd hate to start all over again with blend morphs! Looks like it'd be a massive pain and really time consuming.

I think the simplest way to solve this would be to import a character from the wizard with all views, as they are exported in switch layers, and see how they are setup.
