Rigged Wrong, Please Help

The most complex rig I've ever had to fashion and it doesn't work when you attempt to work with it. Help .

The legs once positioned, when choosing a different control bone, not connected to the positioned legs. The legs reline themselves back to their default positions. This is the structure of the body rig. Note it's best described as an alien centipede.

You may have parenting problems, or worst, hard to tell, maybe if you posted the file we could have a look at it.

How do I post a file? I wanted to do that when starting the thread but couldn't find the option.

You need some webspace elsewhere, post the file there, then post a link to that file here.

www.mediafire.com

I suggest you register, for free, then you just upload files there then it gives you a url for them.

Really hard to see without all the images( anime files don't save copies of the images, just links to the images on your computer, so none were sent with file) . But are you trying to use the manipulate bone tool on frame zero to set-up the starting positions? That tool only is used on frame zero to check the rig, you need to go to frame 1 or higher to have it make changes that don't go back to default when you use it on other bones.

Wow I tested what you said and that seems to be the case, thanks :D! No idea why this issue hasn't come up before with simpler in design characters.
