Surely you don't mean the default character, directly from the wizard?

So you can't be more specific about what you're trying to do?

Sure: I will use some characters created with the character wizard to show in a video game I create. Is it ok with the license.

As long as they don't have any similarity with the default ones I don't see a problem there.

This is an interesting topic. AS 8 is advertised as making animations with the built in characters as a time saver. I can not see any reason why you can not animate the CW characters and have them in a paid animation. That's why its called pro. To not use the built in characters would be like saying that you can not use the built in fonts. As far as just using the characters w/o being animated in AS for profit, I think would hinge on CRs.
