I've been looking for the Rotate Layer XY tool. In the Anime Studio Pro 7 version it says, "Follow Path" when I mouse over it. What am I doing wrong?

the manual is wrong (just checked it shows the follow path tool) its the next tool over

they fixed that mistake in AS8
