Vector Shape Selector - Is there a bug???

Hi All,

I wonder if someone can answer this question for me.

I have just created a character in the Character Wizard, then went about changing the clothing, hair and face of the Front view which worked out fine. I am now trying to edit the 3/4 front view to match the front view, but every time I use the Vector Shape Selector to select a shape to edit, it takes me to the Front view version of the same layer. For instance, I wanted to edit the upper forearm R, when I click on it with the Vector Shape Selector Tool it takes me to the upper forearm R of the Front view. I therefore, have to search through a long list of layers in the 3/4 front view to find the layer I want to edit. This is taking so long and making editing the CW characters even more tedious than it already is. :(

Is this a bug, or is there something I am doing wrong?

Thanks in advance.

Hey jaakay, try right click on the top switch layer, the one that switches views, and select the 3/4 view. now the vector select tool should work right. at least it did for me. also you can pull the views you want to work with out of this switch layer so you can have them side by side to match them better.

ur welcome, in my opinion the vector select tool is the best new feature in AS. Don't know how I got along without it before. If you want, I started a thread where we can post mods for the CW. Feel free to post any you do there, I would love to see them. You have a nice style. Anyway I've posted a couple of mods you might like. nothing special (still learning :) ) here's the link to the thread.
