Whats the best way to reach out to Anime Production companies in sharing my portifolio of a creative story?

Most company's do 'in house' creativity. Weather it be animation or film or designing a door. No one wants to get sued for stealing your ideas, so they wont look at it unless you sign a release and willing to work for them as an employee.
