Fill effects

How do I use fill effects like splotchy. Its not in the effect list yet I see it in some of the Files packed in with AS8 were they removed from the list?

Ok I see that but is there a way too add them back to the drop down list?

No, I don't think so. But they still can be used by using the eye dropper tool on the shapes that selgin sent in the thread. You might want to pose the question to Mike in the anime studio 8 questions thread, he will know.
