Buying AnimeStudio 8 from laptop to different computer ?

Hello, I'm just wondering, i will get new desktop computer next week
with graphic cards and ram.
but as I knew, AnimeStudio 8 made an offer with discount till monday?!
and now i'm using my weak laptop ? it's possible that i pay now but never download the installer and keep it in my inbox and when i get new computer
i download the installer and use the serial key ? or i must buy it only with the new computer i made the payment process ? please reply quick.
