Removing backgrounds from photos/animating photos

This is quick video on how to remove backgrounds from photos and animating them. crsP suggested I put this into tips and tricks section of the forum. Sorry about the quality of the video capture. I fear my mac is in it final days and REALLY doesn't like the capture software I was using.
