the masking on anime is difficult is there an easy way to mask the background of an imported image and drop onto an animated body ??

I suppose you want to have that body on a transparent background. This must be done in your bitmap program, Photoshop or the like. Create the body on a transparent layer, switch off the background, save as PNG.
