Content Paradise and importing

I'm new, and need help. I downloaded the free CP content I got when I bought AS Debut 7. It seems to be a single layer with a lot of images. If I want to use one image, how do I remove it? And if I want to save all the images to the library, individually, is that possible? The manual doesn't seem to have the correct info. Sorry if this is a dumb question. Thanks in advance.
