lip sync not exporting

Have run into a little snag.

I have created a switch layer for a character's lips. I have imported the sound file with the dialogue. Have gone into the switch layer's switch tab and selected the audio file as the source and the keyframes appear like they should. When I preview the lips move in sync etc.

However, for some reason when I export it, the lips don't move.

I have checked and it doesn't appear the switch layer is disabled in any way.

Any thoughts?

what version are you using?there was a well known bug with the switch layer in AS7.0 that was supposed to have been fixed in the 7.1 update.

perhaps that's it because it wasn't happening with version 6 - can't seem to download that update from 7.0 to 7.1, the site keeps rejecting the serial it emailed me upon registration!

is everyone else using 7.1?

Sm serial numbers are a Pain in the arse. They are case sensitive and I think there are no o's just zeros.

if it still don't accept the serial number, you can try to download just the fix for this bug from the link below. I never tried it, but i never heard any complaints.
