Seeking an animator to create videos

Dear All,
I am seeking a reliable animator to help me to create 3-4 educational videos similar to the following:

(With some added features as allowing people to choose different answers and leading to different videos)
I have an allowable budget of $12,000 Australian Dollars, if the project is successfully funded, (i.e. we will only do this project if it is funded). To get this project funded, I will need to have submit a budget complete with names of potential animators who are willing to do the job first. Hence this request.
