Project limitation sizes = Debut 6

It appears I am limited to PAL/NTSC project sizes in Debut can I create HD clips in pro version or in Debut
Maximum export size (pixels)
Debut 768 x 768
Pro 9000 x 9000
Maximum number of frames
Debut 3000
Pro Unlimited
