EDIT: Look finished version HERE (.mov 5mb)

Hi, this is a project for the university graduation of a couple guys. They asked me for help on the animation, with a token payment.
It's divided in 8 takes and I have made 4 already. I'll post the finished work soon, meanwhile
click here to see a preview (2mb .mov).
PD: I need a sound for the chick. I have been looking on the internet, but haven't found anything good, I would appreciate if some of you could help. thanks

LOL I had to watch this 5x before I knew what "chick" selgin meant. I heard 2 voices and I told myself "the chick is already voiced." then it hit me, he actually means chick as a baby chicken.

hehehe, it's all fault of google translater

. I asked for a translation of baby chicken (pollito, in spanish) and it answered "chick".
Anyway, if it's not chick, how do you name the baby chickens?

LOL, 'chick' is the correct term for a baby chicken, but in the USA 'chick' is almost 100% used as a term for a young woman. So I instantly seen a young female in the video and I assumed you meant you needed a voice for her. It was a total fail on my part...

Very good as usual. I just have a comment: the backgrounds should not hide the profile of the character arms. It looses its great design.

Again, you've made one of the best work i've seen on this forum, very cool !
There is just one thing i'm wondering, why some elements like the head of the childrens and the "chick" have those big black outlines?
It's a question of taste i guess, but i'm in my "no outlines" period
about your sound research, you'll find what you want on this page
http://www.sound-fishing.net/bruitages_animaux.html
the french word for a baby chicken is "poussin"

Thank you Genete. First, just to clarify, design is not mine, was made by this guys which with I'm working. It's inspired in a milk logo very famous in Chile: Lechesur.
("South milk", the south of chile is where mapuche people lives)

The character are mapuches (I don't know why, but I always end animating mapuches), so one of my exigences to participate in the project was the character should have a darker skin than the original design.
Just yesterday I received the new skin tones, so I haven't changed it yet.
Anyway, all this was to say that, at least, the arm skin will be darker, so that would help to distinct them better
I don't feel myself in the right to demand in anything more than the skin color (which, for me, is ratter a political demand than a designing one), so, sorry Gregino and Genete, I can't change or modify the strokes.
Gregino, thank you for the sound page. Sadly, I can't find the baby chicken sound I'm looking for, only adult chickens. I'm impressed how difficult is to find it

Can you just use a synthesizer to make the sounds? If not, I'll plug mine in and see if I can get some chick sounds.

Here are 2. the 1st one is a real chick and I just cleaned up the audio. The 2nd is a toy. Both should be legal to use.

Thank you all for the nice comments and thank you very much to sbtamu, jahnocli, gregino and all who helped me with the chick sounds (and sorry for the late answer, I have been very busy). I finally used a file the user dm send me as PM. I hope you like it, at least for me it fits perfect.

It's quite masterful. I love how smoothly the chick moves all over the place. Great work.
