Line widths and zooming/scaling

is there a way to keep the line width the same if I scale something or zoom in with a camera rather than just changing each keyframe progressively to make the line width look the same?

I have problems for example if I make a head view and then want to use it with a different pose or size and scale it up or whatever and the linewidth changes

or If I've animated something where there is a zoom in or the char comes to the camera and the line width gets huge

thanks

Go to your vector layers proprieties and uncheck "scale compensation".

The line widths will change when you scale using the scale points. An option would be to play around with the scale compensation in the layer settings but it only works with scale layer.

sorry selgin, double post :D :D :D

You can do it with groups, just uncheck scale compensation in all the layers inside.

Stephen: Using point scaling the line width does not change!

True, bad wording on my part, what I mean is they do not scale giving the look of the line thinning and thickening in respect to the shape.

A small question while we on line widths.

Is there a way to make line widths scale while using point scale?
