Every time I try to render an animated clip in .avi form the program crashes. It says it encountered an error. I'm using Windows 7 and it seems ever since I've been using it .avi files will not work, not even in my video editing software! I can export in .avi format on my desktop which is a windows xp. So how do I fix it? Get new codecs? Or is it just Windows 7 that's messing with me?
I already installed the DivX codec pack and the k-lite packs and still nothing.
