Is there anyway to have a custom image swatch to load with a particular .anme? I have a project I am working on and I have to keep loading the custom swatch each time I close the program and reload it. Wouldn't AS remember to load the custom image for this project?

You can go the swatches folder in the AS folder, paste the image there.
From that moment forth every time you open AS your custom image will appear along with the rest of the default swatches.
The default swatches are 177x111 but you can have them bigger, i have my own, they are: 220x111

Thanks Parker that is better than what I was having to do. Now all I have to do is scroll down in the swatch list and pick the swatch that goes with the file.
But I still would like AS to remember the swatch that is selected at the time the file is saved so when you reload the file it is already set as the defualt.

Im not sure how to accomplish what you want to do but you can change the name of your custom image for .Default so everytime you open AS you wont have to choose it from the list of swatches because it will be the default.

I know this is a little offtopic, but I want you check this tool for creating your own swatches. It deserves more attention than it had.

Hmmm, OK, it seems the best we can do is add it to the swatch list and just reset it each time we reopen a file.
Making this swatch the default for every project will not do for me. But adding the image to the swatch file in AS did make it better as you suggested. I also moved a lot of the images in that file out of swatches(to shorten the list) to a reserve file just in case i want to use them later.

I think getting rid of several swatches to shorten the list is a great idea, i dont know how that never came to my mind, thanks.

I think it would be a great idea to have swatches working the way you say stambu.
If the swatche that has the name .Default is set as default everytime we open AS because of its name, would be great to have a swatche named lets say .cartoon boy so every time we open our .anme file named cartoon boy that swatch would set as the default one.
