to create a big city in 3d...

I need a big 3d city and I just looked over the 3d samples of moho.
In every sample which a camera moves around a 3d scene, all 2d objects (trees ect.) turning their face to the camera... It can be a problem for me because I don't want moving buildings in my city.
Is there any way to prevent that situation?

The objects you describe are turning to face the camera intentionally - they're only 2D objects, so it wouldn't make sense to view them from the side (the trees, for example). However, you don't have to use the "face the camera" option.
Take a look at Tutorial 2.8 in the Moho manual. It shows a way of building a simple 3D cube out of several 2D layers. If your 2D layers were not just squares, but detailed drawings of the different faces of a buidling, you can easily imagine constructing a building using this technique.

Moho can also import true 3D models. Your city might be a case where actual 3D objects would work best. Tutorial 6.8 shows how you can import 3D models into Moho.

Yes - it isn't the default for 2D objects, it has just been turned on for those particular examples.
