Actions offset tracks in sequencer

OK new one.
I create a group action which strangely shifts forward in the sequencer my mov track inside that group.
It also rescales this track causing it not to match the mainline.
By shifting the track it also starts up the create object in action warning.
Actions seem to broken in as7, they are no longer useful as they used to be.
