LOOKING FOR JAPANESE ANIME ANIMATOR

Looking for an animator (preferably one who uses either Photoshop CS4-CS5, or Retas!Pro), who would be willing to do a Yuri/Action animated movie. I'm a writer and I'm working in Celtx. If anyone wants to help, please let me know.
PS: I will be doing character designs.
NOTE: After It is made, I will find a way to distribute, and from there, who ever contributes, will be credited and paid.
