Here's a vector work I made in ASP, inspired by some jokes about me, in fact this is my everyday job...I hope to have time to rig and animate him someday...hope you like it

Very nice!
Maybe I only would make the shading of the shirt a little bit less pronounced, but the rest looks very good to me.

Selgin: Yes, the shirt still need some work...I tried different solutions but I was getting mad

Parker: The shadow is a simple trick made with two shadow layers and a mask layer...

I think the character is great
The drop shadow makes it look like a flat carboard cutout to me though which is a shame imho

Was it all layer-work? By which I mean, did you manually draw-and-fill the shaded areas, or was it the Shadow function?
(whatever you did, it worked!)

For the most it's all shading effects except for a few, expecially I worked with gradients, same colour but darker...
