Position Control Bone Separtelly for X & Y axis

Acually if you active Position Control Bone and (i.e.) put "1" and "0", for control ONLY his "X" axis movements, then you can NOT animate in "Y" axis although this axis have not movement controled... could be possible that you can control a bone in the "X" (i.e.) but you could animate it in "Y" axis? I think that it'll be nice for more controled but "controlable" animation... THANKS!
