How to create a sequence of images on flash?

I am Alfie Clark coming from UK.
I have 2 images. I want to create a continuous sequence of these images, like the first 1 for a few seconds then the 2nd and repeat...
Noob on flash so a step by step would be great
Using Adobe Flash CS3
a few extras on top of the (boring) sequence would also be appreciated
