Could someone please click the link below and give me advice on how to keep the eyes from moving off the head like they do... I'm pretty sure that I have them linked to the bone in the head... Thanks in advance.

Try re-rigging.

At frame 0, click on the eye layer, now click on bind layers in the bone palette, now click on the head bone.
If this does not fix it then I would have to look at it closer.

A wild guess is bone set up, but it might be layer or point binding. Very hard to be sure just from the animation. Best bet do the tutorials and read the help on bone set up and point/layer binding. I am having a real hard time figuring out what bone is actually controlling the eyes. It looks like a bone lower down in the body because of the pivot origin of the rotation.
If you could upload the AS file or possibly a screen grab of the bone set up with the re-parent bone tool selected (it will highlight the bone hierarchy).

It also looks like the origin of the eyes is far from the center of the eyes causing the odd rotation along with the the layer/points not being bound to the head bone.

Stephen.
But if the eyes are bound to a bone the layer origin has no effect unless the eye layer is rotated. If the eye layer is bound to a bone or being effected by a bone that has a much lower origin point it would rotate like that. It looks as if it is bound to a bone in the body or possibly the neck bone?
I can't WAIT to see the file! I love mysteries!!

After watching it more I think it's bound to a bone but has some kind of layer translations that moves the eye layer off the head as it animated.
Looks like it's has a translate layer key frame at 2 seconds or there about.

I see you do have the eyes bound to the head. Maybe something glitched. Have you tried to select the eye layer again then go up to the bone tab and release layer and then try and bind the layer to the bone again.

Need to see the file. Can't really help without looking at the file.
I would suggest though, use the "Bones|Release Layer" menu item then try binding that layer again.

I released the layer and then bound it to the bone again.... How can I upload the file?

Rebinding the layer did not work? Try deleting the eye layer and importing it again.

You have to upload it somewhere. There is no file upload available on this forum.
